You will receive a confirmation email containing a link, which you must click on to activate this address. This is for your safety and ensures that it really was you who requested to be added to the mailing list and that your email address is valid.

To unsubscribe: In each notification email there is a link, so you can unsubscribe with a single click. Alternatively, enter your email address here: When you unsubscribe, your email address is completely removed from our online system. You will receive no further mailings from us.
